The Dream of Nordic Cream has come true. After 45 years with only foreign alternatives, suddenly there exists a Norwegian cream liqueur; Fjording!
I thought that was worth celebrating. Many of my friends, family, associates and co-owners felt the same.
June 2nd at Hoven Restaurant in Loen - Nordfjord, the "take off" for Fjording was staged. A party with lots of stunning live-music (Jackbow, Indigo Child, Aleks Grey and Sjur), bartenders who made plenty of delicious Fjording-drinks (recipes will be shared), and stunning weather on top of the Hoven mountain. Really a night to remember!
