Now we're out there :)

A couple of weeks ago the first ever Fjording Nordic Cream was served to restaurant guests. It happened at Aske - a splendid restaurant in my home town Nordfjordeid. A big moment for me personally and an important step for the company.

It was of course a bit nerve wrecking to witness the first servings, but on the other hand; I knew the product was more than good enough. The approval I got from Leon Knapskog and his excellent team at Aske in advance had given me extra faith :)

Me and my dad, Nils-Helge, at Aske. Wonder if I've inherited some production skills from this guy... :)

Aske has now served Fjording for a couple of weeks and the feedback is great. Their customers are saying that we have succeeded in making a less sweet caramel cream liqueur - with a natural "nutty" touch. Many also appreciate the clear "sting" of Norwegian liquor.

I'd like to thank the Aske-team in this blog. You guys rock!

And to all people visiting Nordfjordeid; remember to seek up this awesome little restaurant in the middle of the cozy main street, Eidsgata.
