First batch produced and filled!

The moment a company produces its first ever commercial product is always an important milestone. On Monday January 22nd 2018 this happened to us in Fjording.

At Sandane in Nordfjord, together with our production partner Gardsbrenneriet, we made a small batch of our Fjording Hazelnut-Caramel. And we believe we succeeded :) 

Wednesday we made a 10 time bigger batch. And I promise you; the nice smell of caramel, hazelnut, cream and liquor in the distillery made it really joyful to work with. 

After some weeks with stability tests, these first drops of Fjording will be offered to our pilot hotel- and restaurant customers. We´ll let you know when and where to seek up Fjording later on.
