Last week I visited Twin Cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in Minnesota. Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce and Norway House had arranged a terrific three day program for a selection of Norwegian food and beverage companies, included Fjording.
Furthermore, I spent some days checking out business possibilities for Fjording and exploring do’s and don’ts in the North American spirits market.
Our next market?
Minnesota really melted my heart. And inspired me. The people we met shared widely of their knowledge, and the food and agriculture sector over there was amazing to learn about. Som much enthusiasm, so much caring.
The feedback people gave on Fjording Hazelnut Caramel was also really positive - both from potential customers and production partners.
It’s way too early to say anything about Fjordings future in the US.
But if or when we enter, I’m 100 % sure it will happen through Minnesota.
