Our debut on international fairs happened this October.

We chose ANUGA in Köln/Cologne - which is the world’s largest food and beverage fair.

As one of our co-exhibitors described it:

- It’s a big mess!

He was of course looking for the word fair, but chose the Norwegian and German word instead :)

However, it wasn’t messy in reality. But definitely HUGE.

The output

Mads from Norwegian Energy brought in a lot of energy, humor and good stories to the fair.

We shared booth with a large and motivated group of Norwegian companies, nicely coordinated by German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.

We decided to participate under the umbrella “Norwegian Coastal Spirits” together with our friends at Myken (gin and whiskey) and Inderøy (aquavit).

The feedback on our product and concept was promising, but whether our participation this year will lead to any export is too early to say.

Anyhow, we learned a lot from the other exhibitors, and it was a pleasure to get to know them a lot better.

So all in all, I think it was worth taking the trip.
